Had a lovely stay. Friendly staff at reception to help with my late check in. Free parking, just tell receptionist when checking in. Nice location with plenty of shops in walking distance. Had a beautiful view from my room too which was a pleasant surprise!

Staff were really helpful and made us feel welcome. Food was excellent but quite expensive for breakfast if you don’t pre book. Beds comfortable and clean but room quite outdated and old looking. Lovely view from our room over the quays. Plenty of parking. Easy walking distance to Media city and regular trams.

Good location, near the Salford Quays Tram stop and have views of the Quays and the city. Friendly staff. Room is a bit outdated, but itself can be a character of. Not enough power sockets in the room. Bed is very comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient for the Lowry; Media City; trams to Trafford Centre and City Centre; motorway network. We were very grateful that the hotel had provided a fan in the room because the daytime temperatures had been close to 30 degrees C.

Happy Stay

The hotel is a bit worn out as I can see the bathroom is very old. Separate basic taps are used for the washing basin. Hot water running for a while is too hot and cannot be adjusted. The shower is dripping down to the bath tap below and the sound is significant. I have to use put a towel below to collect the water to reduce the noise. The upside is the hotel is within walking distance to MediaCityUK where I can walk around for a few hours.
