Everything was good except the air conditioner in our room. We called the front desk and asked for a fan because the thermostat wouldn't go below 74, and the fan continuously ran even though it was on auto. We never got the fan. I reported it to the front desk clerk at check out.

Disappointing
This was our 2nd stay at this location in a couple of years. While we were happy with everything during our first stay, this stay was disappointing. The room had a dog smell and the towels a strange odor. Because of a delay in supplies being delivered, breakfast had no waffles, no mil for cereal or to drink, and a minuscule variety of pastries.

Roaches
There was a strong chemical smell in the lobby. There were roaches and ants in the first room we were assigned. The front desk attendant said the property has been having lots of bug problems for a while and they had 8 rooms sprayed that day for roaches. That was the smell. The first room also has a hole in the wall. Second room the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Sofas were dirty with food crumbs in the pullout. Overall, lots of maintenance and deep cleaning is needed.

Very disappointed!
The lobby appeared clean! The breakfast was appealing and area looked clean. The room looked clean, but unfortunately it had carpet which looked dirty… and during the night on a trip to the bathroom my husband killed four little roaches. Ugh! That did us in. We checked out a day early as we weren’t sure if they were only confined to the bathroom, and we certainly didn’t want to bring them home in our luggage. Was very disappointed as this is not an old hotel. I’ve always enjoyed staying at La Quintas. Do not recommend this one!

Pay a little more for something better
Never again breakfast was horrible everything was expired. Even the orange juice and waffles. Staff was nice was the only good thing about this place.

Needs cleaning.
I frequently stay here. The place has positive features. Location, amenities, etcetera. The cleanliness has declined. This stay, i found the floors sticky, the shower was not cleaned properly. Stains on the couch.

Need better customer service.
Booked 2 room for close together, check in at 3 , arrived 3:15 1 room not ready for another hour, 1 room on 1st floor and other room on second floor, bed sheets looked wrinkled like the bed was made up and that's was it. Bed lamps 3 ft above head board so you had to get out of bed 2 turn lamps on. Offered no credit for rooms not ready and making me and family wait an hour.. front desk nice but offered nothing for the inconvenience.
