The service when I first checked in was excellent. The issues came the next day when I noticed the shower was leaking. Instead of them communicating to me that they would be moving me to a different room the water was just shut off and I found out as I was getting ready to take a shower. I called the front office and was told I wasn’t supposed to be able to get into my room. I advised I did get into my room and needed to know what was going on. I was then told what they expected was for me not to be able to get into my room and then I would come back downstairs and then they would tell me what was going on. In my opinion that is not a logical form of communication, letting the customer know up front seems to help. When I got to the new room the TV didn’t work. Thankfully they were able to switch it out quickly.
