Not Up To Resort Standards
Our Room had a terrible odor of cat urine. Went to the front desk only to be given a can of spray to mask the problem. Was told later that a cat had been stuck in the room and likely urinated in the closet. When we checked the bed, the sheets were soiled with urine and hair. Absolutely disgusting. Called the front desk repeatedly as we were exhausted. They brought up new bedding took photos, and said the maids had not done a good job. They said someone from administration would contact me to discuss this, but so far there’s been no contact. Terribly disappointing. I’ve never experienced anything like this ever in a “resort”.

EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN ONE PLACE
Favorite hotel in valley Guadeloupe . Staff and accommodations left nothing desired , dinners at the restaurant were spectacular pool, hot tub and gym were all perfect , I recommend this place to everyone and will stay there again

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, but I would recommend improving room cleanliness and the quality of bedding and towels. I would still consider staying here again!

Beautiful views/ Dirty shower
The views are amazing here. Our room had the perfect view of mountains & beautiful butterflies fluttering around all day long. We were also close to the restaurant & this provided for constant serenading from sun rise to sun down which we really enjoyed. The restaurant was great. Service was on point. The only negative was the bathroom. The shower was not pleasant & didn’t match the rest of the room at all in that it was very low quality construction. The shower was also dirty with bunches of long, black hair all over the ground,

The facility is located in Valle de Guadalupe in the hills. Surrounded by vineyards and other cabins as well as a chapel. We enjoyed the cabin for our family. It was modern and it had a rugged feel to it with the rock walls. Each room had its own a.c. Unit. My daughter enjoyed the fire pit and we roasted marshmallows under stars. The pool was nice and it had showers for us to use. The breakfast was delicious and dinner was also great. Will definitely like to stay there again.

Everything was lovely here and well executed. The staff was so sweet, drinks were tasty, breakfast was yum, views gorgeous, every little detail was handled. Proper EV car chargers eventually would be great too.

I loved the customer service. Such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant Salvia Blanca was excellent with Christian taking care of us. High quality great tasting food and cocktails. I would definitely come back and highly recommend. The cherry on top was having the pleasure to meet the owner. Such an admirable person.

The property was unique with good facilities like a nice pool, and a restaurant. One small complaint is that the food was very expensive. For example, a plate of ribs costs $50 US dollars. I dont see why it is so expensive.
