The room itself was fine. Shower could use a new head because water was going odd directions. This is irritating for someone not wanting to wash their hair, but not a deal breaker for me. The front desk people and shuttle drivers were lovely.
However- I was assigned a room directly before the elevator. 1) sharing a wall with the mechanical room ensured I heard every. single. up and down. 2) I heard every conversation of the people walking past my door, with most of the hotel stopping by my door to wait to go up. 3) I apparently came to town same weekend as 2-3 major events including a Ford V Ferrari event, and music fest, and some other festival.
I basically paid $250 for a shower and a place to change. I gave up on sleep around 3:30am, got dressed, and headed back to the airport.
I want my money back.
