Excellent hotel to be close enough to Rome but also far enough out to have outdoor space and a fantastic outdoor pool. Breakfasts very good. Rooftop terrace dining expensive but a lovely experience. Limited shuttle service despite claims on the hotel website. Nearest bus is also a hilly 15minite walk away so easier to get taxis if here for sightseeing.

Great hotel and pool but get dinner somewhere else

The hotel is great, the pool is fantastic and the breakfast is wonderful with so many choices - best breakfast we have had in Italy ever! Only reasons for not giving 5 stars are: 1) The cleaning personnel kept coming into the room to clean despite the sign on the door that we would like not to be disturbed. It happened multiple times and it got to be annoying. 2) The first evening we had dinner at the restaurant at the lower level. The waiters seemed like they were not in control of anything. Even though there were not a lot of guests at the restaurant we waited 30 minutes to give our order. We ordered cocktails, appetizers and a pizza, and we received it in the following order: pizza, appetizers, cocktails… which was not really the idea! And the food was not good (pretty tasteless) so we just didn’t eat there again. However, despite these two points, this is a great hotel!

Wow! My 10-day stay at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma was phenomenal. Talk about first-class hospitality! It kicked off with a smooth airport shuttle, followed by a warm welcome from the front door and reception teams. Our room was pristine, offering a gorgeous pool view, and every single meal at the restaurant was excellent with a fantastic vibe. The entire restaurant staff deserves major applause – especially Sami, Gaia, and Gamma – their service was superb and truly exemplary. They treated us like royalty. Highly recommend!
