This place should be condemned. That was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The floor was saturated in… something. It felt slightly damp and greasy and sticky all at the same time. And I mean - ALL of the carpet, we never took our shoes off unless we were in bed. There was paint chips everywhere. Stains on the bedding. Stains all over the bathroom ceiling. The tissues were just on the counter. Meanwhile the tissue dispenser that is set into the bathroom counter was stuffed with some unknown items like it was a trash can. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. There was some sort of mystery substance on the floor by the TV stand. And the room door (these rooms open to the outside, it is not an internal hallway entrance) has a busted security bar and a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. The bathtub had some sort of patch in it, so if you stepped in the middle you felt the base bend/give a little. Forcing you to stand at the end of the tub. For the price we paid, it was absolutely highway robbery. They make you give them a $75 deposit upon check in for “potential damages”. Yet we stayed in a room so disgusting we stopped to shower at a friend of mine’s place before heading onward to our next destination. So it’d be interesting to know what that deposit supposedly covers. The free breakfast was a joke. Bagels with no cream cheese. Only had truly fresh fruit (only oranges) offered. Yogurt there only on the last day. But hey - they had a waffle maker 🙄.

The room was a pet room but the smell of urine was so strong you smelled it as soon as you opened the door. Burn holes were in the comforter. The carpet was sticky. The remote didn’t work and I went and tried 5 different ones. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. This was the worst stay ive ever had.

Seriously, stay somewhere else.

It was dirty, no upkeep done and we almost didn't have a place to stay because when we booked and it says "pay at hotel" they didn't alert us that it was a cashless property. There is moldy ceilings, 1/4 inch of dust in the corners on the floors, the AC unit didn't work well and turned on every 5 minutes and back off in a few minutes all night long. My worst night sleep in a LONG time. They don't mattress protector and the mattresses were gross. The bathtub didn't drain so you had to shower super fast. I wouldn't stay here again but I guess you get what you paid for. But seriously, stay somewhere else.

When I checked in I told the clerk that my car was parked in front of the hotel and he said it would be fine. Early the next morning there is a banging on my door waking me from my sleep. There stood a man telling me I needed to move my car or it would be towed. Not please or thank you but “You need to mo e your car or we will have it towed”.

First off it said it had a laundry facility and they said it was out of order the bathroom had mold on walls on tile still waiting for $75 refund that I had to pay a deposit back in January this year I wasn't ask for a deposit at all

Rooms have throng smoke smell

I left after trying two rooms. They smell terrible. My eyes hurt and sinuses burned. The rooms reeked of smoke, musty, and chemicals. I’ve never had an issue with this brand and I have to say it will be hard for me to go back to them after this experience.

It was ok, its just our room was never cleaned up as requested. Although we put “don’t disturb” on the 1st & 2nd day of our stay but we removed it on the 3rd day hoping the housekeeping will do he cleaning & replace the towels & beddings as well. Anyway, the breakfast was very good. Thanks.
