The hotel was in an amazing location, right in the centre and everything was walkable from there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautifully clean. Solid hotel choice in an excellent location in Brussels. Novotel is traditionally a good mid range hotel, often catering to business travelers. This hotel did not disappoint. The reception is excellent, the hotel room was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the sound proofing of the rooms given the proximity to outdoor bars and traffic. Price was reasonable and overall a very good value. Would use again
