Not worth what they charge
My experience was not so good. I asked for a family room. The room was very clean but there was a machine that turned on and off day and nigh making always noise, the drapes were black out but with so much space that the night lights entered during night time and the day light woke you up. Two green lights from the machine were always on and couldn’t be put on off.

only money is wanted not the customer who brings
FELT WE WERE suppose to PAY but not TO STAY. We order a room with channel view and got a room with view to the back garden. Probably with a bigger room but we wanted the view. The check in it is an hour later than the standard and check out earlier than standard too. Before i even get the room i received a message on the phone asking me to tell them what time i would check out. The day of our checkout I awoke with an email saying « its time to check out» when I still had few hours more before the check out. In addition the sockets in room where covered specifically planned as people can not charge the telephone where normally one would do it. But only 2 are uncovered. When we paid for 3 people is annoying. And knowing others are deliveratedly cover. They also sent an email before the actual check in « to ask for credit card number» «if something happens» with treathening to not access the room if you do not register the credit card. A room that you have already paid in advance.

Perfect stay in Venice
My first trip to Italy, and I was traveling alone. Venice was my first stop of 3 so I wanted to stay in a hotel to feel comfortable, get acclimated, and have some assistance if needed. From arrival, my stay here was lovely. The lobby is welcoming and has a lovely fragrance. Staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate me early. The room and bathroom was very clean!!! A nice welcome amenity was waiting. Nespresso coffee machine and mini bar in room. Very convenient to the vaporetto!! And line 1 will take you literally everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Venice

It was such a great hotel with amazing staff. They made our stay at Venice unforgettable. Tudor and Nicolo were super helpful and friendly, recommended places to see and shared a lot of tips . The room was clean and cozy. Overall atmosphere was just perfect! It’s located in a quiet safe neighborhood which I really loved. Highly recommend this hotel!

Honest review
I had to check out early because of the mosquitoes were everywhere in my room and didn't feel clean. The air conditioner broke too. I've been to Venice multiple times and this hotel was not very comfortable.

Quiet area but close to everything!
Sonder Venice was great! I stayed here with my partner for three nights. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing over the top but it was nice and felt new. The location is great. The street/canal it's on is quiet and a little outside the bustiest tourist areas, but very close to everything including a few museums and a bridge across the grand canal.
