I was told half the hotel was being remodeled; that was not the problem. In my first assigned room, #451, the heater did not work, and the bathroom sink faucet would not turn off. I was offered another room, which I took, #352. There was no stopper in the tub and again the heater did not work. Maintenance replaced the stopper; and I learned the sink stopper tends to drip unless turned off exactly at one point. I stopped caring. I was so cold I called to the Desk at about midnight and a space heater was brought up, which did work for the 2 nights. When TV was turned on, message was "No signal." Maintenance showed me that when that message came on I was to push the "Input" button and keep pushing it until a box came up at the bottom of the screen indicating HCMI (?), and then the TV would come on. Really? Is this technology in the hospitality industry now? The carpeting was heavily stained in both rooms, but I understand remodeling is in progress in stages. Restaurant was not really available except for take away. There was no Business Center with a computer available as usually is available in other chains I use.
This was one of the most unsuccessful stays I have had in a hotel in quite some time. I wasn't really comfortable but my stay was prepaid so I stayed. I don't think I will be booking at a Radisson Hotel soon again, mainly due to Technology issues. The personnel were fine and quick to offer help.
