Pleasant stay

The stay was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than many hotels we've stayed at. Walls are thin though so hopefully you don't have noisy neighbors like we did. We had a partial view of the mountain range from our room which was nice.

Good, but smells like smoke

Service was prompt and efficient. Room was good size, but upon entering, was immediately hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke, as if the room had been smoked in regularly in the past. The shower head was installed incorrectly as well.

Nice stay

Shocked us that the doors had to be locked during the day because of high crime. Showers and bathroom are not for fat people, very uncomfortable. Beds great! Service stellar.

Comfort in Midtown Albuquerque

The hotel is in pretty good shape but not in the best part of Albuquerque. Our room was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa was not. The hot breakfast was excellent, and it was really nice to have facilities for washing clothes. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in midtown, this is a good place to stay.

Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is generally well maintained however the general area around the property is relatively rundown.

Felt safe in the hotel . Check in was quick and agent was really friendly. Near freeway. Menaul street lends itself to Coronado Mall (Macy's , Cheesecake Factory) Vintage Vault Antiques, World Market. Plenty of parking , wish they had a perimeter gate around the property. An Applebee's across the parking lot . I will say there again .
