This Travelodge was decent a far as room size, cleanliness, and it's conveniently close to bus lines, restaurants, & some shopping. However, they showed unnecessary racial discrimination towards my friend, had unrealistic expectations regarding when I could have food/items delivered, & they were extremely strict about their key cards.
The aforementioned rules are not posted anywhere on the property, nor did I sign anything during check-in stating when I could have deliveries or visitors, and none of the staff verbally mentioned this to me at any point during my stay until I was informed I had to leave. If late deliveries are a problem for them, they should have mentioned that the FIRST time it happened. Not the 6th time and then tell me I'm kicked out because of it! The staff said I would be refunded for the remaining two nights of my reservation, but it takes 7-10 business days to receive the refund. And you better remember your key card before you leave! If you forget your key card, the staff threatens to make you sleep outside. Also, every staff member will tell you a different time when the laundry room is open (which is ALWAYS locked and you have to call them every time you need to get in there, even if it's just to put your clothes in the dryer). The bathroom window didn't have a screen on it, very few power plug outlets, and the bathroom cabinets were screwed shut leaving no bathroom storage areas. I will never come back here.
