Checking in with Todd went very well. He was concise, yet thorough in explaining the benefits of staying at the Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was different every day. The room was eco-friendly. We requested they not waste water by changing the sheet and towels every day. We did have to ask to replenish the coffee's, and they did so immediately. As with most things in the French Quarter the building is old - for example, he sink was clogged upon arrive, but cleared by the next day. The elevator smelled of mildew. On the other hand it was quaint and gave the feel of NOLA in its day. We enjoyed never having to move our car and being in walking distance to EVERYTHING! We would stay there again.

Location was great, the hotel and the staff is nice. Walking distance to the French Quarter and a bit away from all the loud noise. Parking was super convenient and safe. Doors are locked which is nice too. Breakfast is great as well. Overall great stay

Very easy check in and out! Staff was amazing. No soft water bed was super comfy, they have a stray cat that wanders around which is awesome if you're far from home and miss your critters! ONLY thing I can "complain about" is the parking spots are VERY tight, and people don't know how to park 😵‍💫

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Facilement accessible du street car 46, à quelques minutes a pied, il est aussi très bien placé pour voir l'ensemble de la ville. La chambre est plutôt confortable. Nous avons eu un problème d' eau chaude, il a été réglé dans les minutes. Le petit dej est plutôt bon pour un p'tit dej d'hôtel aux Etats Unis.

Location was great ! Just across the street from Armstrong park and 3 blocks from Bourbon . The continental breakfast was convenient .The room was clean . But it was advertised as 350 sq ft yet seemed much smaller . Felt more like a motel room than hotel . Also a technical issue with their televisions caused it to turn on by itself at 3 am each day waking us all up . When we mentioned it to the front desk they said it was a known issue and offered us late checkout as compensation.We could also hear the water pipes every time an adjoining room flushed or showered .

Chambre pas tres grande mais propre et fonctionnelle. Hôtel très sympa et parfait pour une visite du french quarter. Le patio est superbe et la piscine bien agréable. Le petit déjeuner est tres bon et varié. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days for our anniversary. First of all…you really can’t beat the location. It’s within walking distance to lots the city has to offer. AND it’s within staggering distance from Bourbon St after a night on the town. The hotel room was sufficient for our needs: comfy bed, a multitude of pillows, and a mini fridge. It was room 342 and had a pleasant view of the courtyard. Unfortunately it shared a wall with the back (service) elevator. That thing made all kinds of racket all day and all night long! Sounded like people were clumsily moving furniture at 3am. The breakfast stole the show! One morning they served dirty rice and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. So don’t sleep through breakfast…no matter how bad your hangover. Ultimately we would stay here again…however we will make sure in the future we don’t get a room next to the elevator.
