Poor service/ Husband Janitor Role
Upon check in, the young lady was very nice. There was a guy later that wasn’t as friendly when I was attempting to get information. I could see him in the back playing with his phone. He couldn’t look up enough to see me standing at the desk. I walked off to tell my husband something and someone else walked up to the desk and he had to holler for assistance. He had this stoic look on his face as if he was being bothered. The internet was horrible. My children weren’t able to hook up to their PlayStation. We were told to use our hotspot. I called to report on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving that the toilet wasn’t working. No one came to check on the toilet until that Friday evening. We were unable to flush it. My husband had to continuously go into the back of the toilet to flush it. The water was running non stop, too. The lady at the desk said that she would leave a note. I mentioned it every day and no one came to check it out until the night before we were to check out. We had a two bedroom with two bathrooms , but 7 family members trying to share one bathroom and having to disturb other family members while sleeping wasn’t cool at all. I asked that someone accommodate me for my husband playing janitor the entire stay. I’m waiting to hear back. We had seven family members, but would only receive 2-3 small towel and 3 large towels. We were told they would return with more by housekeeping and she returned with 2 more large, but no small.

Great space, not too clean. Friendly staff
The room were nice size and there was plenty of space for 8 people to stay in the suite. But the cleanliness of the room was subpar at best. Lots of dirt and grime on the base boards, walls and head boards, the were also splashs in the stove area. The front door was hard to access at night but there was always an employee to assist. Breakfast was decent even tho the tea/coffee were not hot.

The room has a urine and mildew odor. Front staff are hardly ever present when needed. The housekeeper never came in during my two nights stay. You have to ask for breakfast food to be refilled. Small dining area for a large crowd. We will not be back.

I have multiple pictures & video of the uncleanliness of the room itself. There was a large roach, silly string stuck to walls, one of the beds felt like it was going to break if a small child slept on it & the railing going down stairs outside is completely unstable. I would never recommend room 112. The beds are terrible (besides the noise & cracking).

If you get a chance to stay here, don't hesitate. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Renee made everything flow perfectly. Great Job!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back, maybe for the State Fair next year! The convenience of location in a very nice and safe area can't be appreciated enough. Great Job!

From the first interaction to the last,The Expedia personnel were very efficient, professional yet so nice and friendly. They took care of all my needs and questions. The check in.out experience was wonderful! Renee took care of all our needs and always had a smile and positive attitude. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. Will definitely use Expedia again and stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton North Plano Dallas next time we visit the area!
