From day one the toilet tank never fill and never flush well, report front desk but no plumber to fix. While whole time I stay. Last 2 days my room have no tv cable, I report and they can’t able to reach dish company. My room have no wifi, I have to come outside to common area to use wifi, when I report front desk then they say that your room is far from signal range. Then why say room have wifi on site. I have big problem while checking in. They say my card didn’t accept but it work at the atm well. They want money in cash in there hands , I think that is the whole point. My paper say that my price is included my 2 kids and 2 adult but they still charge me for 1 extra kid every day which I stay. Very terrible experience and front desk don’t talk English at all. And after all which room I stay number 9 don’t have remote for ac , I have get up and on and off from breaker and I can’t adjust the speed, it set on 1 and I have get up always to off it all the time at mid night during my sleep. Very terrible experience and it’s all true you can contact the company and check
