My stance at Quality suites WI
One of the things that I liked it was there was enough towels for our needs, also for the price I paid I was satisfied that room was kind like a studio that even I don’t have kids it was nice that was separation from master bedroom and studio room which makes it very cozy for a small family.

Almost perfect overnight before my flight
This was a great hotel in most respects. I got a nice suite for the price of just a room at other places. Unfortunately, the sofa and chair in the living room were hard as a rock. But the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom showed its age (wear and tear) but clean. The elevator, too, showed a lot of wear, but the rest of the common areas nice and updated. The pool and hot tub were relaxing--nice and warm. Breakfast was decent; waffles and sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. Airport shuttle was very convenient. The one major problem: there were two tv's in my suite, but neither one worked! Called front desk; they said there was nothing they could do about it until the next morning, but that was after I checked out. Not the end of the world, but still. I don't think I've EVER stayed in a hotel that didn't have a working tv in the room.

FEES
Watch out for the 150 holding fee on your room. Its not announced on here. They tell you when you get there. Bathroom was really janky and run down. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

Unhappy customers
A group of 40-50 people go for a family swim 3-6 a year. This trip the pool was ok the first day but they closed it from 2pm - 6pm we come to there to swim. They could have clean the pool that morning when it’s closed or 10pm when it closed.The second day it was cold but late night swim It was freezing. It sounded like the air was on and the water was freezing. We was happy when we didn’t see anyone in the pool but once we enter the room. It was cold but we still got in. It was freezing we stay in there 10 minutes. We was happy because wasn’t nobody in there but a few but once we got in we knew why. So this trip messed up our new years stay. We been doing this the last 7 years here. We probably try in find another family stay. The staff and breakfast was amazing but we come to swim. I didn’t have pictures just one because we didn’t stay in there long .

Amazing stay
Amazing stay! I stay at hotels frequently and have paid triple the price for not as nice of a stay. This was affordable, clean, spacious, and so comfy. Everyone that worked here was so nice! It was a bonus that they have a bar and slot machines! Pool area was amazing. They also have a hot tub. Free breakfast in the morning is nothing crazy but great and had what we were looking for. The beds were so soft comfortable too! Love the large suite style rooms! Will be back every time we go to Milwaukee! I will recommend to everyone I know!

Disaster
Worst place I ever stayed....Many things NOT working...house phones- TV's - remotes - poor pillows-bathroom mold-wet common floors & elevators-homeless people eating the breakfast - shuttle service not as advertised - No toilet paper in common area bathroom for 2 days-No staff seemed to care about satisfying the customer....

The staff was super helpful, the room was clean but there were certain things that were a little inconvenient, vending machines were broken, only one elevator for multiple floors which was slow, couldn't bring our breakfast up to our room, etc. Minor things but wanted to give honest feedback. Again, the staff and cleanliness were great though!!!!
