El servicio buenísimo, olvidé mi pasta, en el Oxxo no había y en el hotel me regalaron una, de igual forma me desperté con mucho dolor de cuello, bajé a comer al bar del hotel y el bartender me regaló unos analgésicos. Solo no me encantaron las almohadas, pero eso creo que dependerá de cada quien, para mí las suaves eran demasiado delgadas y la otra opción era una que para mí era demasiado grande, no estoy seguro pero creo que por eso me dolía el cuello, de ahí en fuera excelente todo, la ubicación inmejorable.

Personal muy amable
Tenía curiosidad de quedarme en este hotel desde hace tiempo, el personal es sumamente amable y eso le da mucho valor, pero necesita mantenimiento el hotel, se percibe la idea de hotel boutique pero algunas instalaciones no fueron detalladas, las llaves del lavabo flojas, instalaciones de aire incompletas, alfombra en pasillos sucia, al ir a recepción huele muy fuerte el alcanfor, la puerta de cristal del baño está mal instalada, suena cada vez que la abres, la ducha también mal instalada, muy arriba y con mucho sarro en las salidas de agua, etc… le falta mucho mantenimiento. Pero todo eso se compensó con la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante.

Good location but in pretty rough shape.
This place is well located in San Pedro G.G., but 4-star it is not. The lobby is dirty and in bad shape, as are the hallways. The rooms are admittedly cleaner and tasteful, but nothing to write home about. I’d come back if the price were right, but it’s not high on my list of favorite places to stay in Monterrey. Really great location though.

Didn’t feel safe at hotel
I was visiting Monterrey for a wedding . Once I got to my room it was very dirty and there was a huge hole on the wall that I could see wires and it was missing a piece of wall. Didn’t feel safe staying there because it was a big hole and felt like any type of animal could come out from there at night. Room was extremely dusty and dirty it’s not the way it looks on pictures . I told the lady that I didn’t feel safe there and that I wanted my refund she said they would look into it. I received an email yesterday from hotels.com saying that they couldn’t get any feedback from the manager. I am very disappointed with hotels because no one was able to help me . I am not asking for any money back but at least to give me a credit for the money I spent and didn’t stay there . Very dissatisfied and disappointed

No vale la pena el hotel, un dia no hubo agua caliente para bañarme, pedi que fueran a arreglar algo al cuarto y me dijeron que no habia nadie para atenderlo. En general el hotel esta en mal estado. No regresaria a este hotel. Por el precio de este hotel hay mejores opciones.

No recomendado.
El hotel nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, los pasillos están en un estado insalubre, muy sucio, hasta con agujeros en las paredes y piso/alfombra mal pegado y muy sucio, daba hasta asco pisar/ver. No lo recomiendo para nada, esperábamos una cosa totalmente diferente. Pésima atención, pedí una almohada extra y no me la pudieron dar y un día no me hicieron limpieza del cuarto hasta las 6pm.
