You can review the overall city from the top floor of the hotel but the hotel is kind of old time style.

Hotel room had issues with the AC. The hallways and room were very warm. The room Temperature was set at 68 but never got below 73. The bathroom had a half roll of TP when we arrived. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. The carpet in the room was very old and had lots of stains on it. The hallway outside our room had a plate and glass that was left on the floor for two days. Friendly staff but for the price of the room it wasn’t worth it for the quality and shape of that room.

We were here for a conference and the hotel was ideal for our group gathering.....great downtown location, very historical site, hotel beautifully maintained, excellent guest rooms as well as ideal meeting rooms.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The hallway to our room was not well lit. Our room was clean. The shower water was luke warm. The room was very bland. No pictures on the wall or decorations to make it seem welcoming. The hotel was located very close to several big Cincy attractions.

Hotel had no hot water and because of this every time we went it use the bathroom we needed 15-30 min wait for water to warm up. Waited 2 hours after calling housekeeping for fresh linen and toilet paper Restaurant service was ridiculous! No clean glasses waited 40 mins for coffee.

We booked thru you. When we got there they said since we booked with you they really didn’t save our room. We booked a king sized bed with a hot tub. Said they didn’t have one gave us a dirty room with two full beds. One of the lamps didn’t even have shade on it. Old thermostat still on wall. Smelled.

We stayed here and walked to the Great American Ballpark. It was a great location. Just a 10 minute walk! The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only wish was that they have built in charging ports in the room, so don’t forget your charging block!

I payed for 2 nights however the deck receptionist was not nice. The room was mind blowing of how terrible the condition was peeling pain and stained chair and dirty bathtub I didn’t even stay for the entire time. We left the very next day paying for a night that we didn’t even stay because we couldn’t stand it.

Great location for the flying pig marathon. Staff was very friendly and overall it was a great stay.

Upon arriving the front desk lady was dismissive and rude. They were busy with the Reds game crowd coming in but no need to roll your eyes. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Great stay for the night.
