    Loved it

    We booked this hotel as it was close to a wedding we attended. The other reason for booking this Hotel was the 55" TV and very nice bathroom. The room was super spacious and very clean, the hotel its self was very clean. I will definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying again for sure!!!

    Dishonest and rude manager

    I travel a lot, with my dog mostly. Usually La Quinta is my first choice because all their facilities allow pets. But I was truly disgusted by this hotel. Once we arrived I noticed the sanitation was poorly maintained and highly questionable. I don’t think they cleaned the room very well or at all. There is a curly hair on the toilet seat and the room smells funny. The indoor pool was turbid (don’t trust the photo), the surrounding area was humid and filthy without necessary ventilation feeling like a Petri dish. I was exhausted traveling with two toddlers while pregnant and we only stay one night. So I just oversee these and went to sleep as soon as I can. The worst part though is the dishonest manager who lied in our face. He was not there to help or make things easier. I called the hotel twice to refund they promised for a duplicate book and they basically just stalled. Finally the manager brazenly denied the refund and shamelessly tried to blame on Expedia which is actually his sole decision (Expedia told me in written that refund is completely depending on the hotel). The person is not only an incompetent manager but lacks basic human decency. The viciousness of an ordinary person, like gravels in the rice or uncleared bones in fish fillets, can give people unexpected pain. I really hope La Quinta could use slightly higher standard when choose their employees, who are at least honest, responsible, and respectful to the guests.

    Would stay again!

    We stayed here as a layover to our final destination. Nice hotel, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Indoor pool was fun for the kids. Authentic local restaurants. Would stay again.
