Crown Plaza Hotel has been, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the service completely unaccommodating, but the staff also showed little interest in resolving even the simplest issues.
When I booked my stay, my reservation clearly stated that breakfast was included in the rate (which we paid $21,999). However, upon arrival, we were told otherwise. Even after showing the confirmation email and screenshot with the breakfast inclusion, the staff dismissed it without any effort to verify or assist.
During my three-night stay, I also requested a late checkout — first the evening before my departure, and again early in the morning around 9 a.m. Both times, my request was ignored, and no one followed up. The front desk was impossible to reach, as the in-room phone didn’t work the entire stay.
To make matters worse, the room was never cleaned or refreshed, and we never received clean towels. For a hotel that carries the Crown Plaza name, this was beyond disappointing.
As someone who travels frequently, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable or memorable stay. Expect more frustration than satisfaction.
