Everything is very good, except the hotel is a bit far away from the Shinjuku station.
The breakfast buffet at Girandole is very boring, the choices of food(or food options) are not that many, they don't tell you that the Japanese breakfast needs to be ordered in advanced(nor labelled anywhere on the menu), the food has the same quality compare to other Hyatt hotels such as Hyatt place and Hyatt house, lack of attention from the staff to refill the coffee, tea and water, the breakfast buffet is much better in other five star hotels(e.g. such as Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, Peninsula Tokyo, Hilton and Imperial Hotel) than this hotel.
