Comfy, clean and cool. Weird check in and parking

Comfy and clean stay but confusing check in and parking as no one was there and had to do everything via ring doorbell cameras. I just feels weird to have no interaction and no check in guides etc.

A little moan

Stayed there for 4 consecutive weeks, each week in a different room. I emailed them with a list of things that needed fixing and got no reply. Two of the rooms had the freezer iced up so much you couldn’t put anything in, showers that overflow because they are blocked and only worked by removing the filter. Microwaves with faulty LED so unable to use it properly. Light fittings that don’t work as they should. Not really what I would expect from ‘signature’. However the bed was extremely comfortable which is the reason I booked it for four weeks, you can’t beat a good nights sleep.

Business trip

They advertise as ‘signature’ however the place is a little tired. I sent them an email with a list of faults that I found in one of the rooms that I stayed in from blocked shower causing it to overflow, tv remote not working properly, lights above the bed not working. A freezer that needs de-icing and can’t be used. Microwave ovens with displays that can’t be read as they are faulty. One of the TV’s if it was pushed flush against the wall the bathroom door would bang against it. The email I sent got no reply. Even with these faults it hasn’t stopped me staying on business and have stayed for the last four weeks. On the plus side I can’t fault the most important bit, the bed, extremely comfortable and the shower pressure is also very good.

Working trip

Enjoyed it, and booked again for next week. The showers were good, nice and powerful. Nice size tv. Comfortable bed. Only complaints are that the one chair is not that comfortable and not one that you can sit back in and relax. And the fridge. Bottom compartment in the door is missing and the freezer needs defrosting as you cannot put anything in it due to the ice.

Pleasant Place to Stay

Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. The room was spacious and well equipped impressed with the little kitchenette, although we didn’t cook our own food. The only thing I didn’t like was laminate flooring in the room, which was covered in lots of scratches from what looks like years of high heels walking on it. Laminate feels horrible on bare feet and seems to gather dirt so quickly which you pick up on the bottom of your feet just walking the metre and a half from the bed to the bathroom. Some kind of rug would’ve made it nicer. The bed was reasonably comfortable and a good size TV. The lights were dimmable which is nice and not so in your face. Overall, we were impressed.

Lacked attention detail

A little disappointed by the cleanliness. Sheets and towels were stained, and the door to the garden space would not lock. Obviously a point of concern for two women as the room was on the ground floor. Pretty simple check in process, good location.

Good but could be better

Overnight stay, property was very modern and the room was excellent although we were disappointed that it wasn’t a king size bed as I had booked, it was 2 single beds pushed together. Communication was done through an intercom as there was nobody at reception which wasn’t ideal as it was only when we overheard another couple on talking on the intercom that we realised it was an extra £5 to park at the property car park. On leaving again nobody on the reception so we had no idea where to leave our room key.

Lovely place, super comfy bed!

The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and unlike a review I'd read on here (which nearly made me not book this hotel) the King size bed was a full king, not just two singles pushed together. The only small gripe I have is the fridge was quite noisy and was annoying when trying to sleep. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location , staff and hotel.

Another wonderful stay. Very convenient to town so out for a meal and a few drinks then back to relax in the room. Nice and quiet and Netflix available (with you own log in) Stayed a few times now and every time is a pleasure.

Lovely clean place right in the outskirts of town. Plant of places to eat and drink nearby. Plenty of on site parking at the front and back of property. Staff amazing and friendly.
