The hotel itself is fine and there are some nice staff, but they really need to work with some of the others who were quite rude and not helpful. They also sometimes would give contradicting information.
One day we were told to go to breakfast in a certain restaurant and the next day when we went there they said it was "only for business class"
It is listed as pet friendly - but when I got there they tried to charge me double what is on the hotels.com website (and only agreed to the advertised price when I showed them the website)
Also as a pet friendly hotel, I was told I couldn't let my dog walk across the lobby (on a leash heading back up to our room) - quite rudely. Another time I was carrying him back into the hotel and was told "you can't bring it in here" before anyone even asked if I was a guest.
As I said, some of the staff are very nice and helpful, but others, especially with the security team, really need some skills, attitude, and how to deal with guests upgrading

There are actually two hotel buildings. The place can get crowded and eating options can be limited (unless eating is based on drinking beer). Breakfast is excellent, almost worth skipping a meal.
I expected more from this hotel but was restricted from using the hotel amenities, such as the pool and spa. If you are a pregnant woman looking for a relaxing time, I recommend you do not stay here as you will not be allowed to use the pool or receive any spa treatment- not even a simple head or foot massage. I was looking forward to using the hotel amenities and feel it was money wasted that I was only able to try the restaurants, which I could have tried without staying here. The room was clean with a bathtub, I had to stay in my room majority of the time. The staff are not flexible in serving their guests and should better learn how to improve the guest experience.

Property is nice and its location is strategic. But the customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I arrived the hotel at about 8AM after a 14 hour flight, hoping I'd check in an catch some sleep before a meeting that afternoon. Unfortunately I was told I had to wait till 10.30 Am. I was told the room was ready but policy stated that check in had to be after 10 or I had to pay a half day rate. I could'nt wit due to tiredness so I was charged. When I inquired about breakfast, I was told breakfast for me was only available the next day because I was technically supposed to check in after breakfast was over. When I was charged a late departure fee because My flight was delayed and I had to stay longer. I will never again visit the property.
