Lower than average stay. Dated and old property. Balcony seemed like it might fall down. Shuttle people just doing the bare minimum, not even a smile. Barely will they say thank you or enjoy your stay. Even the restaurant service at the Claim Jumper at the front of Wyndham has poor customer service. No one says hello or smiles in this place. If it were not for the great views of the bay, we would never have returned to this property, unfortunately. Very nice property in the 70's or 80's. They need to do a nice renovation. Forgot to mention that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating though. That was the best part of the stay; the housekeepers. Although rooms were outdated, it was clean. It's ot their fault the beds are sunk in and bumpy and thrumpy... the sheets, bedding and towels were fresh and the room was cleaned daily, without request.
