I have now stayed at the Dear Lisbon Valmor Palace twice and would highly recommend it. The rooms and hotel are beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs you have. And they serve a great breakfast. I would definitely return again!

Wir waren sechs Nächte im Valmor Palace und wurden sehr freundlich und mit einem Willkommensgruß empfangen. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ist vor Allem die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorzuheben. Besonders sind auch die täglichen Veranstaltungstipps und die persönlichen Nachrichten und Grüße. Lediglich die Geräuschkulisse außerhalb des Hotels schwächt den perfekten Gesamteindruck ab.

The place was amazing! If we need to pick three best aspects of our stay at Valmor: 1. The service and friendliness of the employees, 2. The premises were awesome, and 3. The breakfast was perfect. We cannot recommend this more. Also our toddler loved the place and the (safe) space to run and play around.

The hotel is a beautiful, grand old home that has been renovated. Unfortunately, our room was in the annex that is next to a large construction project. The staff is warm and won’t let you lift a finger and the breakfast was a delightful buffet in a lovely, light filled dining room.

The breakfast buffet was beautiful and varied every day. The croissants and orange cake were my favorites. Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful. There are two metro stops nearby and one is the red line which has an airport stop. We would definitely stay again.

Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön. Wir waren sofort begeistert! Das Gebäude ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Überall findet man kleine Details, die die Atmosphäre perfekt machen. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war riesig und tadellos sauber. Der Pool bietet eine kleine Oase zum Entspannen im Trubel. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit den Öffentlichen sehr einfach. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel in a historic building with good public transport connections. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. A building next door is currently being renovated, so there was some construction noise at times, but it wasn't disturbing.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Lisbon! Everything was exactly as described—and even better in person. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The space was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. Great hotel

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, helping find attractions. The room was lovely, clean and had great amenities. Not the closest to the attractions in the city but a 3 minute walk from the metro. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and well done.
