The water is nice
I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Two different pools & two hot tub spas along with several loungers & cabanas. Well maintained pool area with good water temperatures. Friendly staff & plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed in renovated room.

Great nights sleep
Extremely comfortable bed. Very nice staff at check in. Bathroom could use some upgrades. Provided slippers and robe we did not use but appreciated the thought. Also appreciated water bottles and coffee station in room. Very convenient location. Would stay again.

I don’t recommend
On first glance this property looks great, then you realize it is lipstick on a pig. The hotel is old and run down. The air conditioning unit is so old an noisy it was hard to sleep. Furniture is cheap and wobbly. Due to poor renovations, my boyfriend got stuck in bathroom, when I went to the office to report this, the response was “ are you kidding “ It took over 30 minutes to get him out. They had to remove the door nib and shave down the door, which left sawdust everywhere, it was not cleaned up When I checked out, I wanted to make sure we didn’t get blamed for the damage, the woman at the front desk laughed and said they knew all about it. I was not offered an apology or any adjustment on the over priced room.

Quick weekend trip
The front desk agents were very nice and you could tell the people who work there do their best taking care of the property, but the bathroom was super dirty. There was pubic hair and regular hair on the floor and in the tub. A lot of grime, dirt, and residue build up on the inside shower curtain. The beds are not connected to the headboards, the headboard is drilled into the wall. The 2 double bed rooms are supposed to fit 4 and my daughter and I barely fit in the bed together and we are not very big people nor are we tall. They remind me of large XL twin college beds. It was convenient because of the location, 10 minutes from the Tram and one of the Palm Spring strips, but despite the pleasantries, I would never stay there again because of the cleanliness & how other guests made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in common areas. My daughter said the hotel reminded her of a motel and this was a trip for her birthday, so that was a little disheartening. She still enjoyed her stay and had a great time but we were ready to go home by day 2.

The staff was amazing and always so helpful! The area was a bit loud with there being main roads on either side of the hotel. It wasn’t bad in the rooms, but could be noisy at the pool. It’s a bit more run down on the outside than we expected but the rooms were updated and clean. Good location to downtown but still a pretty long walk to get there. I’d say you def need a car or Uber if you’re staying there. Would have been nice to have some music at the pool and towels for guests available (you had to call to request them).
