Worst place to stay in Kissimmee
This hotel needs to be taken off of hotels.com! The pictures are not in any way current. I'm surprised this place hasn't been condemned! It looks like a dump with trash everywhere all over the ground, pot holes everywhere in the parking lot, and weeds growing out of every flower bed. The pool and hot tub were inoperable and the food court is closed. They don't have housekeepers so there is no telling when the last time the sheets were changed was. There was only one working light bulb, the hair dryer looks like it was burned into the socket, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. At one time this was a decently fair priced place to stay but now it looks like a homeless shelter. I would love to have my money back as we had to sleep on top of the covers the first night and didn't even stay the second night. I'm sure they will give some bs excuse as to why they can't do that though.

Pra ser terrível ainda precisa melhorar muito. Instalações precárias, desligam o boiler de aquecimento da água (para economizar) dia sim, dia não e, quando não, simplesmente não tem água. Demoraram 3 dias para trocar a lâmpada do banheiro que estava queimada quando chegamos e não se dão nem o trabalho de checar as condições do quarto antes de permitir sua entrada. A única coisa boa do hotel são a localização e algumas pessoas do staff.

Dirty
Disappointing Stay, Avoid if Cleanliness is a Priority My recent stay at the Seralago Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and well-maintained accommodations. I booked this hotel based on the appealing photos online, but the reality was far from what was advertised. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the hotel is not being properly maintained. The couch and bed were covered in visible stains, which was frankly disgusting. The bathroom was filthy, and the paint was peeling off the doors, shower stall, and tub, creating an unsanitary environment. The floors were also dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. Beyond the cleanliness issues, several of the room's amenities were not functioning. The phone didn't work, making it difficult to contact the front desk. The lamps flickered and sparked, with exposed wiring that seemed like a fire hazard. Even the simple task of getting clean sheets proved impossible; when I requested them, I was told the hotel had no extras available. My attempts to address these concerns with the front desk were met with little more than an apology. While I appreciate an acknowledgment of the problems, it did nothing to rectify the situation. The lack of action from the staff further compounded my disappointment.

Horrible experiencia!!!
HORRIBLEEEEEE…. atención al cliente al llegar a nuestro check in nos indicaron que no tendríamos agua caliente en los 3 días de nuestra estadía. The pool and hot tubs were broken. The only reason we booked here was for the hot tub. We were highly disappointed that we had to pay a $40 “resort fee” for what is actually a run down hotel.

Spacious rooms just need some updates also beds weren't so comfortable felt the springs on the mattress. Over all not bad for the price just wish they didn't charge resort fees I couldn't even get a cup of coffee had to drive to McDonald's to get some.

Dirtiest place ever nothing like the photos
Don’t waste your money. Lights in the room didn’t work. Everything on the bathroom had mold. Don’t even take bed sheets off or you will throw up. Room 256 was mine just in case.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
When we checked in they charged us an unexpected "service fee".We checked in as a family of 5 and they only supplied 2 large bath towels. When I asked the front desk for more towels they said they didn't have any. There was no tub stopper so the kids couldn't take a bath. When I asked the front desk for one they said they would get us one in the morning but one never showed. There was only 1 bar of soap. The lock looked like it was about to fall off the door. The bathroom itself was dirty and at one point the ceiling fell down onto the sink and there were termites crawling around on it. The hallway lights leading to the room were out so it was dark getting to the room. And there were 2 TVs in the room, niether of which worked.The pillows on the beds felt like they were filled with some sort of popcorn material. And the carpet was sticky and disgusting. None of the restaurants in the hotel were open. It looked like a post-apocalyptic scene.

Poor service
We were put in a room with damp bedding the heater didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush and the walls had damages. So they moved us to a different room but the maid service only comes once a week. And the toilet paper was an industrial super roll that didn’t fit in the paper roll in the restroom

Worst stay ever
This was most terrible stay I’ve ever had. Bathroom is stinky, room is not at all in good shape, bed mattress is all broken, linens are not clean and on top, no hot water coming in the room.
