The main issue I had is with the shuttle service, I requested a shuttle from the airport when it came the driver told me that he wasn’t taking me. When he called the person at the front desk that I spoke to he told me that he didn’t talk to me, what’s frustrating is you can say “I don’t remember” rather than saying “no I didn’t talk to you” furthermore they were not transparent that the shuttle only runs on the hour, I had a 7:30 am flight I came down at 6:10 am and just missed the first shuttle. It was only then that I was told the shuttle runs on the hour because of traffic, which at 6 am there wasn’t traffic. When I asked the front desk attendant to be transparent about that, he put a paper on the desk that said shuttle runs from 6 am-9 pm first come first serve. It said nothing about the shuttle running hourly. Breakfast was muffins and stale bagels. The coffee machine was out of order and the drink machine was not properly mixed, I had orange juice that was more water than orange juice. I also noticed that I had 3 holds on my account For $189, $50 (deposit), and $474 (total amount of stay). I’m confused as to where the $189 came from, I would have loved some transparency about how they charge.
