On my 1st day, a random employee came into my room while I was unpacking. Glad I wasn't changing clothes. She said that she didn't realize that the room was occupied. On day 2, I left a note for housekeeping that the lotion dispenser was empty and that another roll of toilet paper would be needed. Neither thing was done, and I had to go to the front desk to get the items. The confirmation email said that parking was available, but failed to mention that it cost $39 per night to park at the hotel. Also, I was never informed that their garage might get full and that I might have to park somewhere else. The snarky desk clerk on Saturday night insisted that "it was all over their website" about the parking, but didn't care that I told her that it wasn't listed in my confirmation.
