Overall it was a great stay! We stayed during the week and the hotel was at very low capacity. Often we were the only ones in the restaurant or at the pool/waterslides. The customer service was incredibly fast and very friendly. The spa services were great and the spa facilities were nice. Our only slight complaint was that even though the hotel was basically empty, they gave us a room with a view of a wall instead of a golf view like it mentioned when booking. We didn’t want any special upgrades or anything but it seemed like there were plenty of empty rooms with nice golf views they could’ve put us in. Other than that, the stay was fantastic and we’ll be back.
