I couldn’t get hold of the front desk after I made reservations needed to cancel within an hour of making the reservation and the response was terrible

The front desk personnel are so friendly & welcoming. We’ve been here before & they’ve been patient & helpful everytime! The hotel is nearing renovation completion so it’s a bit busy with that outside & im the lobby but the rooms are quiet, clean, pretty as well.

The check in staff was very friendly and professional. The layout was quite confusing because the hotel was renovating and even though it appears, they already renovated our room, it had issues. The plaster was falling off the ceiling and the shower drain was out of place. The payment of the parking was very confusing. It could have been explained much better for first time guests.

Initial parking was frustrating as I got lost in the underground walking path and ended up at another hotel that didn't have my room, but then I was able to figure out where the entrance that was under construction was located, and that the key card could be used to open the sliding door.

From the beginning after we reserved 2 rooms and paid for 2 they didn't do it the right way we were told only one room even though we reserved for 2 and paid for 2 rooms finally after we waited so long they fixed it and when we went to open the room card anabel to open waited twice to get the right card to open the door, all the card didn't work finally they changed the room gave us another room, they took to much time .

Great location to get into DC easily. Parking in garage was simple. Would consider staying here again if I return to area. The facility is under a renovation right now. I will add the new bar stools are for looks and not comfortable. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

There was a lot of construction happening and the entrance was hard to find to due so much construction but once inside it was really nice. Very clean, cute bar with drinks and food, and the room was nice with a city view.

Hotel is nice. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The toilet also kept randomly flushing.

Really simple check-in. Did have to pay a bit over $40 a night for parking but they will add that into your final charges, and the pass activates the exit so you can come and go as needed. We went to visit D.C. and once we got a hang of how the lanes work, the trip over was simple. Some small restaurants nearby and fast food, convenient mart. Overall, ideal location and very friendly staff.
