Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hamilton sehr zufrieden. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Dass jedoch für Billiard spielen 10€ die Stunde genommen wird, ist nicht so toll. Das WLAN ist in eine Katastrophe.

sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundiches Personal. Das Essen unbeschreiblich fein. Das einzige was mich gestört hatte, waren die Teppiche am Boden. versteht sich von selbst, da diese ehre im helleren Ton waren, dass sie nicht wirklich sauber ausssahen. die Lage ist grandios und das à la carte Restaurant unbedingt zu bsuchen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein echt schönes Hotel. Das Personal im Spa bzw Regabilitationsbereich ist anscheinend total überfordert und unfähig Termine zu vereinbaren bzw. diese zu notieren und einzuhalten. Die Vorhänge waren schon ziemlich ekelhaft dreckig ( mit Blut beschmiert) . Das Bad hat dauerhaft muffig gerochen. Tolles Schmimmbad mit Saunabereich. Nur leider ist der Bademeister mehr mit seinem Handy als mit seiner Arbeit beschäftigt. Im Whirlpool kann man nicht entspannen, da die Whirlpools als Kinderspielplatz mit Poolnudeln und anderen Spielsachen genutzt werden.

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage. Personal stets freundlich und bemüht. Checkin und Checkout schnell und einfach. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, nur für Kinder könnte noch mehr Auswahl sein (die beliebte Nutella gab es nicht, einfache Salami ebenfalls nicht). Pool und Whirlpool sehr schön, die Duschen im SpaBereich allerdings schon abgenutzt und Armaturen nicht mehr schön.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen gebucht, da wir einen erholsamen Spa-Urlaub suchten. Bereits eine Minute nach unserer Ankunft waren wir schockiert: Das Hotel machte einen völlig anderen Eindruck als erwartet. Wir wollten sofort wieder abreisen und boten dem Hotel sogar an, gegen eine Teilentschädigung zu stornieren – doch man bestand auf die volle Summe von 1.000 €. Also blieben wir gezwungenermaßen. Das erste Zimmer roch stark nach Erbrochenem, kaum auszuhalten. Nach unserer Beschwerde erhielten wir ein Ersatzzimmer, das jedoch deutlich schlechter eingerichtet war. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel erinnerte mehr an eine Seniorenresidenz. Es waren ausschließlich Gäste über 60 Jahre dort, und es roch dementsprechend unangenehm. Das sogenannte “Spa” entpuppte sich als enttäuschend: ein kleines Becken und eine kalte Sauna – keinesfalls das, was wir uns unter einem Spa-Hotel vorgestellt hatten. Nach 10 Minuten sind wir wieder aufs Zimmer, weil es dort total unentspannt war. Nach drei unzufriedenen Tagen beschlossen wir, trotz finanziellen Verlusts auszuziehen und buchten auf eigene Kosten ein neues Hotel – das Radisson Blu. Dort war alles traumhaft: moderne Ausstattung, angenehme Atmosphäre und echter Wohlfühlfaktor. Für den gleichen Preis wie im vorherigen Hotel erhielten wir hier Qualität, Komfort und Entspannung. Das Radisson Blu in Swinemünde ist absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Hamilton Hotel ist ein Hotel, dass meiner Meinung nach keine 5 Sterne wert ist. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft, nicht einmal Kosmetiktücher liegen im Bad. Es gab nur eine Seife im Spender sowohl für das Handwaschbecken als auch in der Dusche, keine Lotion, Conditioner. Bei der Reservierung bat ich um Zimmer nebeneinander, da wir mit unserer Mutter (85 Jahre) gereist sind. Die Zimmer lagen sehr weit auseinander, 1 Zimmer mit Balkon, 1 ohne. Die gastronomischen Einrichtungen sind toll. Das Personal ist zum Teil nicht übermäßig freundlich, auf unsere Bitte, die Seifenspender zu füllen, wurde trotz Zusage nicht reagiert. Schade.

Licht und Schatten: Wer einmal in den USA, den VAE, in Asien (BKK, MNL) in einem 5* Hotel (Mariott, Peninsula, Hyatt etc.) war wird verstehen was ich meine: Im Hamilton wurden wir freundlich aber nicht "herzlich" empfangen. Sicher, man war professionell, aber manche (nicht alle!!) Mitarbeiter hatten alles andere als Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Nur die philippinischen und Afrikanischen Mitarbeiter waren durchweg engagiert und durchgehend nett. An der Rezeption war es für uns bei der Anreise doch wirklich befremdlich, wie wir behandelt wurden. Zimmerservice hat nicht wirklich gute funktioniert, erst nach zweimaligem nachfragen erfolgte am ersten Tag die Reinigung und das auch teilweise nachlässig. So mussten wir in der dusche das Abflussblech nach der Reinigung selber wieder einsetzen, neue Handtücher haben wir in vier Tagen nicht einmal erhalten. Spitzenmässig was dagegen das Frühstücksbuffet und das Restaurant in der 7. Etage! Wirklich qualitativ hochwertig zubereitet - da gibt es die maximale Punktzahl. das Abendprogramm war "schwierig" - nicht unser Ding ehrlich gesagt. Aber der überwiegende Teil der Gäste wird das anders sehen und das ist auch okay so. Für uns hatte das was etwas von "Tanztee in einem Seniorenheim" - bei allem Respekt, ich meine das nicht abwertend und möchte nur anderen Gästen meine unbedeutende persönliche Meinung mitteilen.. Trotzdem alles in allem: ein schöner Aufenthalt - aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
