Wonderful place to stay
My husband and co-workers have been staying here for over a month and I can not tell you how wonderful this hotel is. The staff goes over and beyond to help with any needs their customers may have. I am so thankful we found this little gem in Carmel.

No employees on site, NO HOT WATER
How do you run a hotel with no one on site and the phone on the outside of the building rings to no where? We checked in at 4pm. and immediately left to meet friends for dinner. Thank goodness we did because when we got back to the hotel at 10:30 no one was there.7:00 am we get up to shower and no hot water. Go to the front desk and no one there. Other guests said they haven't have hot water since 4:00 pm the night before and no one to report it to. No amenities in the room, no coffee. Just not a good experience.

Very clean. There was no hair dryer. Not a Kleenex in the room. Only 1 waste basket in the room and it was in the bathroom. The man at the check-in desk was very friendly and efficient! There was a full size refrigerator which may have been having issues with the compressor. Made a loud noise occasionally!

Great service, but DIRTY ROOM!
The customer service skills were excellent! Our room was dirty and there were toenail clippings, crumbs, trash ,and debris behind the nightstands and on the skirting for the bottom mattress. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a filthy bed with knowing that there was trash behind the nightstands. Other than that, the stay was great!
