The property itself is great but what I didn’t like was taking a print copy of my identity documents to keep and share to the head office to verify that I’m a Malaysian resident. This can be easily confirmed by viewing my identity at the front desk. Headquarters should review their privacy collection policies. Furthermore, there weren’t enough hotel key cards and were only given 1 per room, which were told that the next day we could try again to get an extra card. There’s a policy if we lost the key cards, it’s RM50 each fine.

The room was quite nice, the bathroom however could have been more clean alongside the shower, not sure if they sanitize of deep clean this.
