While checking in, an impolite receptionist, insisted that I will need to pay additional breakfast fee while I ticked I want breakfast fee to be included in my room charge which was booked for four. He said this will be the issue between me and Hotels.com when I tried to reason with him. What’s even worse is he seemed to be the only one speaking English and when I asked for manager, his manager seemed to be his subordinate and still needing him to talk to me.
So, I paid additional fee without wasting more time and he told me to get refund from Hotels.com as he believes his hotel doesn’t need to take responsibility for the unclear information posted on the Hotels.com. This rationale logic sounds funny.
