Arrivé à l'hotel, tout le monde ne parle pas anglais. Pour un hotel 4 etoiles aucune prestation n'est proposée, vous devez vous débrouiller, ils se déchargent de tout. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix proposé. Plusieurs fuites dans les bâtiments, serviettes de toilettes n'ont changé, lit meme pas secouer...... pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner et les repas tres bien, personnel aux petits soins. Tres belle piscine. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement

Perfect place to relax in lovely setting
First stop of our trip …perfect place to chill from travelling. Gorgeous looking ‘huts’ within lovely gardens set on an elevated position. So setting was perfect. We were in main building set above the huts and garden ..the walk through the building and to the back of it was run down so initially disappointed however entered into an incredibly large room with amazing views very happy! Two pools in lovely setting .. Infinity pool overlooking the bay -beautiful! Great food in the restaurant, excellent service with a smile very friendly staff 😊 Reception staff very helpful helping us out when needed Lovely stay … thank you! 🙏

Vi var en lille familie på tre med en baby på 8mdr. Personalet var så venlige, høflige og serviceminded. Vi kan ikke sætte en finger på noget. Meget value for pengene. Hotellet og beliggenheden er også meget bedre end på billeder.

We booked a villa with a sea view but ended up with a mediocre, very small room that included dirty curtains, a scratched wooden floor, a bathroom that we did not want to take even a shower and a sea view on condition that we stick our nose to the patio door and stretch our neck to the right ???!!! At the first breakfast, there were ants on the bread and pastry station in the buffet room. We had a coffee and less than an hour later, we left the resort instead of staying 3 more days as planned. We are now waiting for a refund response from the property ... This resort is anything BUT a 4 star.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The sea view is breathtaking. The pool looked greenish murky. Needs to change filters or add more clorine. The beach is down many stairs. The water was very agitated so we couldn't swim. Too many rocks and waves. The beach is very small but cosy.

The friendly staff made this resort the perfect place to relax. Some of the snorkeling gear needs to be renewed and the busy road is a bit noisy; however being able to snorkel and lounge on the beach under a shady tree made it a great holiday destination.

Sea view of the room was incredibile our room was well located front beach. Infinity pool is great Sunbed and pool loungers are damaged and poorly maintained should be replaced. In general, the equipment of the hotel should be better maintained. Difficult to communicate with the staff but very nice and always smiling.

Auch wenn die Anlage sehr stark nachverdichtet wurde und damit viel von ihrem charm als grünes Tropenparadies verlohren hat, so bietet die Anlage immer noch einige schöne Blickwinkel aufs Meer und den noch nicht so überlaufenen Strand, wie anderen Ortes. Wer guten Service zu schätzen kann und in kaufnimmt, daß die nächstgelegenrn Ortschaften etwas schwieriger zu erteichen sind, das ist der Preis der Ruhe, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Hotel mit Privatstrand & reichhaltigem Frühstück
Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Coral Beach und verfügt über einen Privatstrand. Leider gibt es nur wenige Liegestühle am Strand und diese müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden. Rund um das Hotel gibt es nicht viel zu entdecken, daher ist es von Vorteil einen Roller zu mieten (kann man direkt im Hotel), um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut und wir haben es leider nicht geschafft, ein angenehmes Klima im Zimmer zu schaffen. Entweder war es zu kalt oder zu schwül. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr gross (westlich & thailändisch). Gestört hat uns, dass Hotelgäste während des Frühstücks am Tisch geraucht haben. Vor allem unverständlich, da es sich um westliche Gäste handelte und dies dort nicht üblich ist. Die Preise im Restaurant sind für thailändische Verhältnisse etwas höher. Das Essen war gut, aber für unser Empfinden zu sehr an die westliche Bevölkerung angepasst. Die Poolanlage ist schön und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch in diesem Hotel gab es die notorischen Liegenbesetzer, die teilweise stundenlang durch Abwesenheit glänzten.
