The hotel it self was in a good location. Close to restaurants and subway. Room was small but doable for 3 people. What i didn't like was that we had the couch bed. I felt like falling from the couch or at times the bed was going to tip over even though i was in the middle of the couch laying down. Their washer dryer combo was good to have, however there was only 2. Took me hours just to get my clothes dry. Other than those 2 downside. Hotel was great.

Great hotel and staff! Only downside is that the rooms are a little small if you have large luggage, so hard to maneuver around in there. Recommend travelling with smaller suitcases, if possible, for convenience!

Breakfast service
This is one of our favorite restaurant. But this time the breakfast service was a typical bentou type as a part of Covid measures and not good for us. It was not a buffet style where we used to enjoy salad, rice, miso soup etc. But this time it was fixed bentou, without rice, with no option. We couldn’t eat any and took breakfast outside. Hope it will be better before our next stay.

The room was fine although a little small but typical of a Japanese business hotel. The laundry facilities are poor: the washer/ dryer in the basement does not wash very well and the dryer is pretty hopeless. The free breakfast was good although I suspect this is an special offer as the hotel as the hotel only opened in February. I’m not sure it would be worth it if it becomes chargeable. Location also a plus - exit 24 on the Yotsubachi Line Hommachi Station is only 2 minutes from the hotel. From Hommachi it’s only two stops to Umeda and Osaka Station.

I love that it’s a very new place and this everything feels good and new. The place is very quiet as well. Located at a business office area, thus very uncomfortable for children. Room is very small for 3 person, opening 2 luggage together is almost impossible. Most staff are friendly except for the male staff’s attitude towards female clients. All in all, very good for solo travellers and males. Located near many family mart . Not family friendly and limited English communication.
