En svært flott leilighet i et superkoselig område

Denne leiligheten var helt fantastisk og virkelig verdt pengene. Beliggenheten er super i et koselig område av Coconut Grove. Vi hadde parkering inkludert i privat garasje og fikk lov å komme inn og parkere før vi kunne sjekke ut, det var helt topp. Leiligheten var superfin og med den nydelig utsikten, hadde vi 2 supre dager her. Også et flott svømmebasseng med håndkler tilgjengelig. Vi spiste også frokost på resorten og den var også veldig bra regnet ut fra hva vi har erfaring med i USA. Stille og rolig med en flott buffe. Vi satt ute og hadde flott utsikt over bukten. I område er det veldig mange fine butikker og restauranter, og en flott båthavn med et veldig koselig serveringstilbud mot enden av marinaen. Vi kan helt klart anbefale dette som et 5 stjerners overnattingssted og kommer garantert tilbake neste gang vi skal til Miami.

Pagas una suite de lujo y duermes en el Lobby….

Nos dejaron por fuera de la habitación. Tuvimos que dormir en el lobby porque el manager de la suite no contestó para solucionar el que la cerradura electronica no nos permitiera el acceso; y, no tienen un plan de contingencia para este tipo de casos con el hotel Arya, que presta el servicio de hospitalidad

We had a great stay here. The location is really good, free parking in the garage. Coconut Grove is a beautiful area with loads of nice eateries and a lovely vibe. Pool was great, not busy and the apartment was clean, spacious and with a great view from the balcony.

The location was great, staff were very helpful, lobby area very tastefully appointed. We had booked a sea view room but there was a problem with that apartment, so we has to take a city view, we were quite disappointed but we did get a refund of 1 night and a $30 coupon for the Green Market restaurant.

Good room despite not being part of the hotel. I had never stayed at a vacation rental and changing the sheets and towels seemed overpriced. We had an issue with the A/C and water on the floor, but the engineer of the hotel fixed it the same night. I did not like that when we asked about the light in the closet, they told us it was the owner’s responsibility and they only fixed the A/C “as a favor.” We paid for a service and fixing something so important as the A/C is somebody’s responsibility, not a favor. It seems they need more communication with the hotel to share the responsibilities. It was nice to find a gift card for a restaurant and the bottle of champagne, those were great details. The location is perfect! Walkable and lots of things to do around.

Nice apartment noisy stay

The place is nice overall, but the main issue is the noise from the elevators. If you don’t mind hearing the elevators going up and down all night, then I’d recommend it. However, if noise is a concern, this might not be the best option. Additionally, there was a fire alarm going off in the hallway and another apartment that needed a battery change. I asked someone to turn it off, but it wasn’t addressed until the following day. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

Fantastic Stay at Coconut Grove

We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool. Free parking was a huge bonus for Miami, and they even included a $30 gift card to Greenstreet Cafe, an iconic brunch spot nearby. Overall, it’s incredible value for money and the perfect place to stay in the Grove. Highly recommended!
