Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype
We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Arizanto. The photos on thehotel.com were misleading – they showed rooms with beautiful views, but in reality, not all rooms have that. Ours had no view at all, which was already a letdown.
The room itself was extremely hot, even with the air conditioning on. It barely worked, and we even opened all the windows, but it didn’t help. Sleeping was really uncomfortable.
Another big issue was the noise. There’s construction right next to the hotel, and it starts as early as 7am. Forget about sleeping in – it’s loud and constant.
The worst part: during breakfast, my partner opened a yogurt and it had mold. That was shocking and completely unacceptable. I can’t believe they served that to guests.
The only positive I can mention is that the interior design is nice – modern and stylish. But beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If you’re thinking about booking, I suggest you look carefully or consider other options.
