MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

This property scammed me out of 400$ even after staying at the resort. They have a no refund policy that bids no mercy even if you accidentally schedule the wrong day. Morally and ethically, this place only wants your money and they want to do it providing the least amount of value they possibly can.

We enjoyed our stay, food was very delicious, a lot of restaurants to choose from, staff were very friendly, hard working and provided us with the best service. Our room had killer views of ocean and beautiful grounds which was well maintained and very clean. Safety was 10/10. I loved the two bedroom suite with plunge pool and ocean view! Beautiful and so spacious. The resort is so big but the pick up and drop off by carts are great. Staff was so great. Alexander, Ericson and Marcos just to name a few. I also loved the late check out option. Drinks and food were amazing . The views were to die for . I will be back soon!

The food was good, but it didn’t have any access to the beach, which was a big disappointment. And all of the people constantly hounding you to buy a package for parasailing or dinner cruises that was really annoying, But the pools were great. The drinks were great, overall four stars.

I have something to inform you. My son complained of stomach pain after breakfast on the 9th and continued to vomit, and the doctor visited our room. The doctor diagnosed that he had food poisoning. We ate dinner at Los Riscos on the 8th evening and breakfast at Mestizo on the 9th morning. We return to Vancouver on the 10th, but my son continued to be sick and my mother also started to have stomach pain. I hope that you will pay more attention to food safety. We wasted 2 days of our vacation because we couldn't do anything and had to be sick with my son.

El lugar es muy bonito tiene muchos pro pero algunos en contra, El spa es excelente, Rosy y Lety un excelente servicio, la hidroterapia es buenísima y no me espere su alberca fuera al aire libre con vista al mar, muy recomendado, mi terapeuta esperanza excelente servicio y atención. En el hotel Rebeca de recepción nos explico lo que incluida y lo que no , y nos dió la habitación desde el check in. La atención de Verónica en el área de snacks es muy buena, excelentes hamburguesas y comida. Muy recomendada la parte de solo adultos, David el MOD nos asistió y nos ate dió en todo momento y nos dió un ecxelente trato, al igual que Gerardo en las bebidas y atendiendo la en área de alberca. En la cena en el atardecer estuvimos en los Riscos, una vista espectacular y la comida deliciosa, la ensalada de arrugula , el pan de cebolla y mantequilla de fresa mis favoritos, el mar y tierra con camarón súper recomendado La ate con que recibimos de Juan y Allen fueron excelentes con buenas recomendaciones como la almeja con queso cheddar. Sin duda volvería al hotel y también al spa se los recomiendo bastante deben saber es que su check in es a las 16:00 pero si llegas temprano el todo incluído empieza a partir de las 12.... El check oit es a las 10 am y pedimos late check out y nos dieron 11 30 sin embargo nos fueron a despertar 5 a las 10 pidiendo check oit por parte de ama de llaves. Pero en general la experiencia es exelente y lo recomiendo sin duda volvería

Beautiful well maintained property, staff so sweet and friendly. Only complaint and it would keep me from coming back is the barrage of upselling that hits you when you walk in. Plus phone call later in the stay trying to sell me a spa experience. This was my vacation to relax and unwind, after the initial upsell I wanted to be left alone.

Lovely property. All inclusive was not entirely accurate. Prior to booking said it had a shuttle from the airport, which was not true. I booked a room with a swim up pool that was not what I received.
