I had a bad experience about the room key card charge when we checked out. The hotel provided 4 key cards for my family. When we checked out, we noticed that a key card was lost. The manager asked euro 5 for a key card. Euro 5 is not a big deal for me but I travele around the world and stay in the hotels 50-60 days/ year. No hotel asks for the key card if we lost it. If the manager thinks $5 key card is very important cost for them, please must remind the guest" Don't lose it" when they check in.
After receiving $5, please must issue a receipt to prove the money goes to the hotel and not to ???'spocket.
The streetcar line is next to the hotel. You can hear the noisy all day long. If the streetcar noisy bother you, please don't stay in this hotel.
