Overall I was happy with the service. Upon arrival which was very late at night room was ready and we were made to feel very comfortable. I wasn’t happy about the cleaning of the hotel as my room and many areas weren’t clean. Options for breakfast very limited with some things not available. When I requested for something else they offered me what I would call not even a plate full of chips and was charged £10 on top. Not something I was happy about as wasn’t informed of this cost. The hotels kept charging for water if you took from downstairs something they don’t tell you either.

This is my 8th time in La Habana and definitely not trying any other hotel from now onwards. Paseo 206 is way above the city standards of hotels. Its restaurant Ecléctico is just at international fine dining levels together with a lot of luxury details around the property of international brands such as Ferragamo, Balmain… Besides that they prepare a perfect Aperol Spritz and Negroni at their lobby bar!

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive about going to Cuba from the start. It was my first time in the island. When we arrived the owner of the hotel greeted us and made us feel super comfortable. We had frozen mojotos and took care of all our needs. The hotel is beautiful old style havana home with beautiful architecture. Although some rooms and areas were still under construction, we never felt our saw the dust. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They catered to our every need and were extremely helpful with our 92 year old dad who made this trip. Good food and drinks in the little restaurant throughout the day and night. Also, close to everything and safe. I would definitely recommend you stay here during your havana trip. I can't wait to be back.

Highly recommend the personalized service
The personalized services from Andrea and his staff were outstanding. It was my first trip to Havana and after being there nearly a week, I could not think of a better place to stay. The restaurant is one of the best in Havana, and the Vedado location is quiet and beautiful until the old tropical trees. I highly recommend Paseo 206 to all travelers in search of a home away from home type of experience. I cannot think of a better place to spend several days in Havana.
