Disappointing
We booked a king bed for a higher cost. The front desk staff told us there were no rooms left with king beds and nothing they could do.
The room was very plain, double bed, odd bathroom layout, bright lights on the outside of our window and the curtains did nor block these bright lights.

I found the people to be very nice. They went out of their way to help me with an issue I had. (The issue was not with them) It is not an elegant hotel by any means, but however, I enjoyed my stay. I have no bad words to say & I would return & stay there again.

I will not stay here again nor do I reccomend it.
The hotel looks very nice from the outside and lobby and it is in a great location. The staff (cleaning crew, kitchen and luggage attendants) were friendly but at times the reception staff was a little unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking for the hotel is across the street accessible through an alley. I had asked the reception person where parking was and he just pointed across the street but gave no instructions or further information, I actually found the parking on accident when the public parking I had left the car in earlier was closed. The air conditioning in the room has no temperature control only off and on so the room was freezing if the air was on or hot if you turned it off. Tile floors but no towel to put down on the floor after you shower. I rented a room for 3 people but we kept getting only 2 towels. There was a huge gap between the door and the floor so I could hear the kids on my floor running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night. The closet was tiny and had drawers built in it so you couldn't actually hang up your clothes without it folding at the bottom. The elevator is super tiny, big enough for 3 people. There was no fridge in the room as shown in the picture. I asked if I could upgrade to a room with a king size bed and the receptionist said I had to do it through the site I had made the reservation on and if I had reserved directly through the hotel she could do it. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
