Can be better make sure chair not with water stain
My stay in.613 chair has stain and along sink by the wall has dark mould stain should using beach to take away that I advise fast and effective.
The Hotel The Designers LYJ Gangnam Premier, Seoul double charged my credit card for room fee. No email could be contacted with.

SO DISAPPOINTED
This time was my 2nd visit and disappointed me! I don't mind the room is small but the location is very good. This time, the room floor is dirt and does not make vacuum cleaning and not wipe it at all. The cleaner has not checked every utility and not replenished it at all (shower gel, tea & coffee bag even empty it.). I went to reception desk to get by myself. The face basin has not clean with detergent and it has dirt coating. The worse one is the toilet basin, it has the black stain on the bottom, so bad and disgusting! I have never experienced it before. Has not changed bed sheets with 4 nights stay. The hotel is quite new but the towel was turning to grey, it was so uncomfortable to use it. The room has smoke smell even they said there was a penalty regulation. But it seems that the management has not checked the room regularly. Finally, I changed the room.
Chambre très bien mais étrange qu’il faut demander à faire la chambre à chaque jour! Et le petit déjeuné, chère, pas bon du tout. L’eau du thé pas chaude. Pas de laitage. Que du pain brioché. Le petit dej est le seule défaut.
