This is the email I sent to the hotel manager. It says it all
For the attention of the manager.
We have recently returned from 7 days stay at your hotel: I booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter who stayed in 314 and one for me and my partner (108). Although we found the staff very friendly and helpful, the same cannot be said of my room (108), see the pictures. As you can see, these photos were taken on two separate days; there were 2 cockroaches running around the room on the second time but I only managed to get a pic of one of them. I was hoping to speak to the manager before we left but he was not available.
This really is disgusting and is totally unacceptable. All we were offered was a can of fly spray and offered to change rooms - but it was very late at night and we were tired. The point is that we should not have been put in this situation, especially my partner who locked herself in the bathroom because she is terrified of these insects.
Please tell me what you intend to do about this otherwise in will report the situation to the authorities.
