YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK
if you can make sure your train/flight/bus wont delay/change schedule, you have 0% of checking in late, this hotel is fine, if not, read my experience below. this is the most ridiculous thing ever.
we informed the hotel we need to check-in late after reception hour with our flight schedule and got their reply. but on the check in day, no one there. there's a phone number outside the office but didn't state the purpose. as we are tourist, we dont have phone to call. we asked someone to called anyway, twice but unreachable. we can only wait in the hallway until reception open at 8am, not to mention there's no washroom or anything there.
the guy say there's no record saying that i need a late check in and if i can't reach the number, it's my own problem, no one to blame. and the night shift staff said he didn't receive any call. all i heard is excuse and not even a single appologise. i was furious and haven't sleep for 26 hrs, i yelled at him, he asked me to leave the bldg to clam down.
we received a simple appologise and a champage afterward but we still need to pay for the night for staying in the hallway.
my advice, find a proper hotel with 24hr check in to avoid all this.
