Excelente relación calidad precio.
La atención del personal fue amable y eficaz, las instalaciones están en buen estado, para mí lo mejor es la piscina con sus increíbles vistas, la cobertura celular es escasa al interior (sólo llegan redes 3G) y la cobertura del WiFi del Hotel es mala, el único problema que tuvimos fue que no nos pudieron cobrar con tarjeta de crédito, tuvimos que pagar por transferencia, en general me parece un excelente Hotel con un buen servicio, sin duda volvería.

When I booked this room, it included pictures of other rooms in the building. I don't know why Hotels think that this is acceptable. I thought this room had a balcony and it didn't. we were really penned in. This was my anniversary, and I wanted a balcony. Also the Hottub was barely warmer than the pool. the coldest hottub I have ever been in, which was what I was most exited about. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one, is that the staff had no pool hours. At midnight they came turned everything off and told us we could leave when we wanted. This was nice, since so many horrible resorts have rules that ruin your vacation, they were relaxed. However the room pictures and the cold hottub was frusterating.

There was no credit card machine to pay with card. The room didn't look like anything from the pictures. Room wasn't clean. A/c was leaking there was more space for closet than bedroom. I will never go back. Spend good money and go next door to the Grand mirimar. So much better and beautiful.

A little off the beaten path which suits us fine. The staff were wonderful. We had a spacious 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen. Definitely not walkable to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views and nice pool and jacuzzi on the 7th floor. Property is a bit older, but clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Love,y view atop the hotel, on pool deck, although pool was quite chilly, not too large. Hot tub was quite hot, nice in the a,m. Had a very small room, might be a idea to turn off the sound of elevator buttons, so can’t hear them hear them from that room,

A localização do hotel é privilegiada e tem uma vista de Puerto Vallarta do alto que é lindo. Porem, como eu estava viajando sozinha e a pé, a localizao foi um desafio e mesmo que eu tenha feito muita coisa caminhando, é melhor estar de carro ou voce vai precisar de taxi para ir e voltar da praia e do centro. Tirando isso, so tive bons momentos e o Roberto principalmente ajudou muito. Todo o staff, Roberto, Javier, Jorge e Sergio foram muito antenciosos. Eu voltaria para la.

The Good Large suites with amazing views. Very spacious and relatively inexpensive. Service from the staff was good. Sergio was the only English speaking staff so had to use translation programs a lot. They were helpful though and patient as we communicated. The not so good Older hotel. Needs some upgrades and renovations. Balcony Jacuzzi did not heat up. Rooftop pools are tiny. Main pools are not working.
