It's nice place! but Karma Reef should improve their service. At first, we stayed in bungalow, there is no AC remote controller, we called them 3 times to let them know it, Karma Reef stuff only said : we will send someone here. But still nobody to fix the problem. My hubby go to reception almost 30 minutes, they start to help us to change the room and tell us their GM will discuss it at 5pm. We spend a half of day to check in, change the room and go back to reception to wait GM, but GM is not here………
