4/10 一般般

酒店的位置係方便的。但第一天入住就發現厠所有臭味，通知左酒店，有改善。不過，第二天又有臭味，所以，我覺得這是個渠道問題，不易改進！酒店沒有洗衣設施，但網站話有的，所以，不知是誰的錯誤！床已有一般日子，所以，不舒服！

Funcionários gentis, quarto espacoso, excelente localização, tudo limpinho, amei tudo. Fica pertinho da Praça do comércio, muitos restaurantes próximos. Tem como guardar a mala antes do check-in ou depois do check-out sem custos. Super voltaria e recomendo.

Absolutely great stay in convenient location to visit Lisbon’s city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always smiling and genuinely happy that we chose their hotel for our stay. We had a room with balcony and it was wonderful to walk outside and people watch. American tourist should keep in mind this is a typical “city center” small European hotel and the rooms are not huge such as at major chains in the US. But as seasoned travelers we know this when booking hotels in Europe and we pack accordingly. Also, the hotel has luggage storage so if you arrive in the morning from the US, you can safely store your bags while you explore the city. Bottom line, our stay was fantastic and the next time we visit Lisbon, this is where we will stay!

Por 120 euros eu esperava muito mais

Fechei um quarto com ‘vista interna’ e com as fotos do hotel, pensei que o quarto manteria o padrão de qualidade. Engano meu, o quarto tinha uma porta balcão que abria pra uma varanda praticamente inexistente. O quarto não possuía cortinas como os demais, afetando iluminação e acústica do quarto. Fazia um barulho contínuo dentro do quarto que não soube dizer de onde vinha. Iluminação descuidada pra um ‘boutique’ hotel. Cama desconfortável e barulhenta.

Plus- Hotel is clean and in a central / safe area. Minus- The safes in the room are NOT bolted down, rendering it useless. No sheer curtains, so room always dark. Nightstand was coming off the wall. We reported it the first day of our stay. We were told maintenance would repair it the next day. Four days later, when we checked out, still not repaired. Something green on bathroom vent.

The hotel check in process could use some improvement. They took a photo copy of our passports and wrote down our credit card number. When I questioned the security of this the employee seemed not to take me seriously. I could see other peoples passports and credit card numbers. As well we were given a parking pass that was supposed to be a discount except it did not work when we got the the parking lot which worked out ok as we ended up paying less with the parking lot then we would have with the hotel. As for the rest of the stay the hotels its self was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Its location was great as well. The staff after check in was wonderful and gave great suggestions and attended to our concerns.
