Before we travelled we requested ground floor apts with walk in showers to to elderly couple and also reduced mobility with remainder of party. This was accepted as previous trips. When we arrived we were only allocated one of these rooms and when asked to speak with hotel manager, they refused to speak with me. We have never benn so poorly treated by this hotel.

Ingen lugn och ro här.
Lägenheten var ok, jag valde den för att det fanns kök, så jag slapp äta ute varje dag i 2 veckor. Städpatruklen kom varje dag, men oftast tackade jag nej. Jag stökade inte till . Parkeringsgaraget under jord var toppen. Nu till det negativa. Det fanns inget WiFi på rummet, så mitt eget tog slut på några dagar. Det fanns ett torg utanför receptionen och där fanns WiFi i ena hörnet. Det satt mycket folk med sina telefoner där. Sedan något som var värre. Det var aldrig tyst. Jag bodde ganska nära den nedre poolen, och där pågick aktiviteter flera.ggr/dag med hög pop musik. Även när det inte var aktiviteter pågick musik på hög nivå, det var aldrig tyst. På kvällen vid 21-tiden var det högljudd underhållning fram ta 23.30. Jag tyckte inte att det var något nöje att sitta balkongen fast det var väldigt vacker utsikt. Stranden låg bara tvärs över gatan Har man småbarn kan man bo högst upp i området, mina barn och barnbarn har bott där. Det finns ett jättefint pool-område för småttingar där. Jag kan inte minnas att vi stördes av hög musik där, och barnen hade jätteroligt.

La estancia a nivel de habitacion bien pero estabamos en un apartamento planta tercera con escaleras incomodisimas. El apartamento bien por dentro, no hay habitacion matrimonio, el sofa cama pues eso porque esta el chiquillo de once años pero para adulto no. Limpieza correcta sin problemas. Aire acondicionado no habia forma de bajarlo de 18 grados demasiado fuerte. Bufet muy bueno pero muy concurrido...la zona muy bien, playa cerca y limpia, espectacular la zona en general.

No es necesario coger la opción de parking porque en los alrededores o por detrás de pueblo indalo hay sitio para aparcar el coche. En cuanto a la comida es tipo buffet y bueno, no es nada del otro mundo. El complejo está muy bien pero tiene muchas escaleras y rampas, muchos desniveles, depende de dónde tengas el apartamento tendrás que sudar mas o menos.

Fantástica estancia
Estupenda estancia con mi marido y mi hijo. El peque lo ha disfrutado muchísimo, sobre todo las piscinas y el parque. Personal amabilisimo y muy dispuesto en todo momento. Lo único negativo es que nos tocó en un apartamento al que había que acceder por escaleras y resulta incomodo subir y bajar con maletas y el carro. Aún así, por supuesto volvería a alojarme aquí, y lo recomiendo para familias con niños sin duda alguna.

The apartments are spotlessly clean spacious . There plenty to do for kids and the restaurant offers a wide plentiful selection of food. Excellent value for money. Staff are incredibly helpful and prompt with resolving any issuing or being helpful. Definitely would return and recommend this

Good value comfortable accommodation
We stayed in an accessible apartment. It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought a mug. I would stay again. The receptionist was lovely as were all the staff.

Las camas muy incomodas, menaje de hogar casi inexistente, tuve que pedir hasta una cafetera y escurre pasta. No dejan estropajo ni trapo de cocina y mucho menos lavaplatos. La limpieza escasa, suelos llenos de pelos y arena nada más llegar. Las instalaciones comunes están bien, buen ambiente y jardines y piscinas muy bien cuidadas. La playa está al lado. No sé si volvería a repetir iba con un bebé y me era complicado estar en el césped tranquila porque los niños se ponían a jugar al balón y nadie les regañaba.

Overall, a fantastic stay for a great price. The location is spot on for walking to the local restaurants. Everything is available on site including a launderette and a fantastic new gym. My only negative is there is very little sound proofing in the rooms so you hear everything going on in all of the neighbouring apartments. I would stay again but take ear plugs!!

Weekend away with friends
The apartment was clean. Could not get the TV to work. Poor internet connection. No kettle or toaster. Bed was comfy. Shower over bath was very slippery

Great find , we loved it here the apartment was clean and spacious , kitchen was a little under equipped , but was a great base. Pool areas were very well maintained clean and spacious lots of beds available and grounds are really quite beautiful. Food was basic but sufficient for our needs , bars were well serviced and had a lovely friendly vibe . For the price it was really outstanding we will definitely be back .

Great hotel, location and breakfast
Really lovely hotel in a great location, but it's not the location on hotels.com site , it's about a mile along, in a better location. Lovely apartment, pool, gym and the buffet breakfast is great . I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again
